Order Process

At PINEAURA, every handcrafted piece is made with care, and we want your ordering experience to be just as smooth. Here's exactly what you can expect after you place your order with us.

Step 1: Order Received

As soon as you complete your checkout, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order. At this stage, your order is in Pending Confirmation status.

Please take a moment to review your confirmation email and ensure your shipping address and item selections are correct. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately at pineaura.shop@gmail.com.

Step 2: Order Confirmation & Processing

Within 1–3 business days, our team will review and confirm your order. Once confirmed, we will send you a second email letting you know that your order has been Confirmed and is now being prepared for shipment.

During this time, we perform a final quality check on your handcrafted item and prepare all necessary customs documentation for international shipping.

Step 3: Shipment & Tracking

After your order is confirmed, we carefully package your sculpture and hand it over to our international shipping partner. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

All our shipments include end-to-end tracking, so you can follow your package's journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Step 4: Tracking Updates

We know how exciting it is to wait for a handcrafted piece! Whenever there is a significant update to your tracking status, we will send you a brief email notification during our business hours to keep you informed. You will receive these updates at key milestones until the package is successfully delivered.

You can also check the status of your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided in your email.

Step 5: Delivery

Once your package arrives at the shipping address you provided, the carrier will complete the delivery. We recommend inspecting your item upon arrival and, if possible, documenting the unboxing process to assist with any rare shipping issues.
