Q: What kind of wood does PINEAURA use? Is it sustainably sourced?
A: We primarily use Linden Wood (Basswood), prized by artisans for its fine, even grain and lightweight yet durable nature. It holds intricate carving details beautifully and resists cracking over time. All our wood is sourced from certified, sustainably managed forests, so every piece you receive leaves a minimal environmental footprint. We also work with walnut and cherry wood for select pieces, chosen for their distinctive natural textures.
Q: Is every piece really handmade? What makes PINEAURA different from machine-made products?
A: Yes — every PINEAURA sculpture is hand-carved and hand-painted by skilled artisans. No CNC machines, no stamped molds. Take our Golden Money Tree, for example: the curvature of each leaf and the direction of every branch are shaped and sanded entirely by hand. This means the piece you receive will have its own unique wood grain pattern, subtle color nuance, and individual character — the kind of warmth and authenticity that industrial production simply cannot replicate.
Q: Are the products painted? Will the color fade or have an odor?

A: Yes. Every PINEAURA sculpture ships in our signature matte black gift box with a satin ribbon — ready to gift straight from the box, no extra wrapping needed. It is designed to be kept and reused, and makes the kind of presentation people actually remember.
Q: Do you offer custom or personalized products?

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Since every piece is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for hand-carving, painting, and quality inspection. International shipping then typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. Estimated total: 9–20 business days from order date. During peak seasons (Christmas, Lunar New Year, major holidays), please allow an additional 3–5 business days.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. We also send email updates at key milestones throughout the journey so you are never left wondering where your order is.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — if you need to cancel, please email us at pineaura.shop@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to cancel it before carving begins and issue a full refund. Cancellation requests received after 12 hours may not be possible if crafting has already started.
Returns & After-Sales
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We take great care with packaging, but if your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us at pineaura.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or a short unboxing video as supporting evidence — this helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you are unable to provide documentation, we may ask you to return the item (at our cost) for inspection before issuing a resolution. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: We have a 30-day return policy. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Please note:
- Quality issues (defective, damaged, or wrong item): We cover the return shipping cost and will issue a full refund including the original shipping fee, or arrange a replacement — your choice.
- Non-quality returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): Return shipping costs and any handling fees are the customer's responsibility. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
